Anthrax: For All Kings Review

Anthrax 3

Well, its about bloody time that Anthrax brought out a new album. The last major album that they brought was Worship Music back in 2011. Don’t get me wrong they have been busy touring with Slayer, Megadeth and Metallica as the Big 4, and they have put out a an E.P. called Anthems in 2013 and a DVD in 2014 called Chile In Hell.

When I heard that Anthrax was in the studio recording a new album, I was like “Its about bloody time they did some new material”. When I started to listen to the album, I was going “Oh this is something new, I haven’t heard this style of thrash from them before”. This is new from them, its more epic, some of the tracks are well over 6 minutes long, these songs can become major fan favourites when they play them live.

The vocals of Joey Belladonna are brilliant, they haven’t lost anything, in fact they are getting better, compared to the album of Worship Music. the drumming of  Charlie Benante is awesome as usual. Scott Ian and Jonathan Donais is amazing and coupled with Frank Bello on bass, Anthrax is one hell of a band that no one can touch.

This album is Anthrax’s triumphant return, to the top spot and cement their place as one of the Big 4.

You will not be disappointed if you go out and buy this album. I will highly recommend you go out and buy it.

I will give this album 5 out of 5. Because its Anthrax and Anthrax are gods and they also support BABYMETAL.
